I am a new customer. How can I open an account with Leo Ingwer Inc.?
Select Member Log-In and click on "New Customers" (the first option) and fill out the information requested. To get a quick response, please list 4 business references. A Leo Ingwer Inc. representative will contact you shortly with your new account number.
I am not a new customer. How can I find my Leo Ingwer Account number?
Please see a recent invoice. (Please note that account numbers on our invoices are followed by /SO1- everything before the slash is considered the account number. The /SO# represents the address that it was shipped to.) If you do not have one handy, please feel free to call our customer service representatives to assist you.
How long does it take to establish an online account?
Immediately. Once you register online, your account number and password will give you immediate access to our online catalogue and will allow you to place and track orders.
How do I set up my online account?
Please click on Member Log-In. Select Register Online and enter your company name, your email address, your Leo Ingwer account number, your phone number (please do not enter any dashes, periods, etc.) and a password of your choice.
Why am I having problems registering? The computer is telling me I have an invalid username/password.
Please make sure that zero's are not being mistaken for o's and vise versa. Also, the phone number that you enter must match the phone number in our database. If you are still having problems, please feel free to call our customer service or email us.
Is your website Case sensitive?
No. Please feel free to use all caps or all lowercase letters. We want to make using our website as easy for you as possible.
Can items be added to an online order once it is placed?
No, it will be a separate order. Orders are entered as they are submitted, however, if you would like 2 orders to be shipped together, please write a message in the notes section when placing your order.
If two separate orders are placed on the same day, will I pay one shipping charge?
Each order placed will incur separate shipping charges, unless you request for them to ship together. Please specify!
Can I drop ship my online order to a different address listed on my account?
For security reasons, Leo Ingwer does not allow drop shipping on website orders. However, if you would like to drop ship to a specific address, please call our customer service department where a representative will assist you.
Are special orders returnable?
No, special orders are not returnable. Please allow additional manufacturing time.
What metal prices is the website priced at?
Prices are based on the current market value. Our website prices are updated daily.
Which gold market price will I be charged for if I place an order in my shopping cart one day, and submit my order the next day?
You will be charged the gold market value according to the day the order was submitted.
Our Terminology
Complete Your order will be shipped set complete. We would be happy to supply the stones.
CS Customer supplies their stones for us to set in our mountings.
Semi We will set our mounting with melee, which we will supply the stones. Also, we will mount the center head as per your request and specifications, however, you will still have to supply the center stone.
Mounting Only We will ship mountings sized and polished with no stones.
